Cardopoly — personalized direct mail for home-service contractors

Cardopoly is a personalized direct-mail platform for home-service contractors. Every postcard is printed for one household: it shows that homeowner's own property, their name, and a QR code unique to their address, so every scan is attributable to a single home. Targeting comes from a property database of 125 million property records, and printing, mailing and response tracking are handled end to end.

What makes a Cardopoly postcard different from other direct mail?

Most direct mail prints one design for a whole route. Cardopoly prints a different card for every household — the recipient's own property on the front, their name, and a QR code that belongs to their address alone. Same postage, same paper, a different piece of mail.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is all-in per card, with no subscription and no platform fee: $1.90 at 500 cards, $1.75 at 1,000, $1.50 at 2,500, and custom quotes as low as $1.00 for 5,000 or more. Data, design, printing, postage and per-card QR tracking are included in that number.

Which trades use it?

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, solar, windows, pools, gutters, fencing, electrical, painting, remodeling, pressure washing, tree service, garage doors and cleaning.

How is response tracked?

Each card carries a QR code unique to one address. Cardopoly reports each piece as mailed, delivered, and scanned, so a response maps back to the specific household that produced it rather than to a campaign in aggregate.

How is the mailing list built?

From a 125-million-record property database. Campaigns are filtered by attributes that predict demand — year built, home value, lot size, square footage, pool, owner-occupied versus absentee, and recent movers — then drawn to a neighborhood, ZIP code or custom area.
